The COVID-19 pandemic has created innumerous challenges and unprecedented circumstances globally, especially in the field of Education. However this crisis, also stimulated innovative approaches in support of education and training continuity. In all DHACSS Institutions 'Distance Learning Solutions' were developed and the management and teachers quickly responded to deliver quality education through available resources and means. But all these resources come under severe pressure if delays are experienced in the submission of fees by the parents.
It is worth mentioning that Dls Accounts offices have remained open throughout the crucial months to facilitate the parents for timely fee payments. You are promptly sent information through WhatsApp, SMS and school’s portals before the due date of your child's fee voucher. You are also given different options for submission of fee like online banking.
DHACSS Institutions provided 20% discount in the fees of April and May 2020 in consonance with the orders of Honorable High Court. Furthermore, it may be proudly proclaimed that no Teaching or Non-Teaching staff was laid off during the pandemic. It was ensured that all staff got their salaries on time and without any cuts.
In order to further facilitate the parents, during these difficult times the Administrator DHA has graciously approved following steps, as a one-time measure:
- Selected Allied charges have been waived off from the monthly fees of three months i.e. June — Aug 2020. This amount will be adjusted in the fee vouchers of November 2020 as arrears.
- Late fee charges are NOT being imposed for three months. If the amount has already been paid by the parents, it will be adjusted as arrears in the voucher of November, 2020.
- October fee voucher has been generated and available in the institutions' account offices. The last date for fee deposit is 20th October 2020. Kindly pay at the earliest to avail the discounts applicable for the month of November 2020.
It is pertinent to note, that continuity of quality education is subject to timely payment of fee by the parents. Delay in the payment of fees for more than a month results in inadvertent inconveniences which can be avoided by timely payments. Therefore we request you to observe the institutions' policies and pay your fees well within the monthly deadlines.
Looking forward to your understanding and cooperation.
